Vince and Vance were please to find their names on the most recent promotion list to Lieutenant Colonel in mid October.

They continue to serve proudly in the Reserves and enjoy working with the men and women of the armed services.

Established by the Boy Scouts of America the Whitney M. Young, Jr. Service Award recognizes outstanding services by an individual or organization for demonstrated involvement in the development of opportunities for youth from urban or rural backgrounds—this is in fulfillment of Dr. Young’s dream of justice and equality for all.
